The Product Disclosure Statement ("PDS") for the offer of Units in the Alpha POWER Shares Fund (“Alpha POWER Shares” or the “Fund”) (ARSN 135 811 988). has been withdrawn indefinitely by the Responsible Entity as per its discretion under the constitution. All applications received will be returned without being accepted as will all future applications.  In the event the fund is re-issued new applications on the current PDS will be required.

UBS Global Access Fund - Information and Unit Prices              

The offer period for the UBS Global Access Fund – Classes D, E and F has been deferred until further notice. As at December 2008, a new offer is expected to be available in 2009.

Recent increased market volatility and the significant reduction in interest rates during the marketing period have resulted in participation rates falling below the indicative ranges referenced in the Product Disclosure Statement dated 8 October 2008 (as supplemented from time to time).
